Rolly Bannister, Jr.

Co-founder of Bannister and Glover Properties / Indian Creek Overlook.  Rolly has over 30 years of experience in the real estate business.  He and his wife of over 48 years Martha Temple Bannister are the proud parents of two sons, a daughter and 4 grandchildren.

Allen L. Glover

Co-Owner/Partner Bannister & Glover Properties/Indian Creek Overlook. Allen, along with Mr. Rolly Bannister, Jr. developed Indian Creek Overlook in 1985. Allen has been involved and very "hands-on" from the beginning. From the first tree removed for development to today where he remains involved in the day to day operations. Allen and Rolly both feel very strongly about providing a luxury, five-star manufactured housing community that is affordable.

 

Betty J. Mosher

Joined Bannister & Glover Properties/Indian Creek Overlook in April 2008 as Community Manager. Betty has over 9 years of experience in Property Management, managing several different mobile home parks in the Raleigh area. Betty has been married to Gene Mosher for ­­40  years. They have one daughter and son-in-law and two precious dogs Mitsy and Happy. In her spare time Betty enjoys gardening, karaoke and collecting JFK memorabilia.

Betsy B. Dean

Joined Bannister & Glover Properties/Indian Creek Overlook in July of 2008 as the Office Manager. Betsy comes with over 20 years of experience in property management serving as manager of many multi-family housing communities. Betsy is married to Eric Dean. They have two daughters, one son-in-law and four grandchildren. In her spare time Betsy enjoys gardening, painting and outdoor activities.
